Patrick Millham

Distinguished Career in Federal Law Enforcement
Patrick-Claude Millham retired after an impressive 30-year tenure in Federal Law Enforcement in Washington D.C., dedicating most of his service to Special Operations. Throughout his career, he served in several specialized units, including the First Responder Unit, the Containment Emergency Response Team (SWAT), and as a Certified Train the Trainer within the Training Division. His roles also encompassed serving as an Interpol Special Agent and a member of the Vapor-Wake Anti-Suicide Bomber Unit.
Coaching and Competitive Background
Patrick-Claude is a Certified USA Boxing Coach and has competed as an amateur USA Boxing fighter. His martial arts expertise includes holding a black belt in Judo and competing in New York’s Empire State Games. In addition, he is both a trained instructor and practitioner of Krav Maga and Defensive Tactics, having received his training through the U.S. Marine Corps, FBI, and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.
Training, Teaching, and Leadership
Over the course of his career, Patrick-Claude was responsible for developing countless guidelines, lesson plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the safety of Federal, State, and municipal agencies. His approach to teaching, coaching, and guidance has always emphasized legal, medical, and tactical soundness.
Community Involvement and Advocacy
While serving in Washington D.C., Patrick-Claude played a key role in developing the Victim Witness Program and the D.C. Rape Crisis Center Speakers Bureau. He coordinated training for new counselors, supporting survivors of traumatic events and ensuring comprehensive support systems were in place.

Now, Patrick-Claude has turned his full attention to sharing his passion for boxing. His dedication and unique coaching style are focused on providing the best cardio and muscle-defining boxing program available at the new, state-of-the-art boxing facility. He is committed to delivering a transformative experience for all members of the Battle Room Boxing and Southpaw Boxing Team.

With more than 32 years of service as a federal law enforcement officer with the United States Capitol Police, Heidi brings resilience, integrity, and leadership to everything she does. As co-owner and General Manager of Battle Room Boxing and the Southpaw Boxing Team, she is dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive space where individuals of all backgrounds can build strength, confidence, and community.
Throughout her career, Heidi balanced the demands of public service with family life, shaping her belief that perseverance and unity are key to personal growth. Today, her vision for Battle Room Boxing is simple but powerful: every person has the ability to realize their potential and experience transformation—inside and outside the ring.

Dan Zimmermann

A Lifelong Dedication to Martial Arts: Meet Dan Zimmermann
Dan Zimmermann is a lifelong martial arts enthusiast with a rich and diverse background in combat sports. With over 30 years of experience in Muay Thai, 15 years in Jiu-Jitsu, 7 years of boxing, and 3 years of Tai Chi, Danny has sharpened his skills across multiple disciplines. He has competed as a fighter in Muay Thai—still stepping into the ring twice a year—as well as in Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts.
Throughout his martial arts journey, Danny has had the privilege of training under renowned athletes such as Liam "The Hitman" Harrison in Muay Thai and Asa "The American Ninja" Ten Pow in Kickboxing. His competitive spirit and dedication to the craft have also translated into a successful coaching career, where he has achieved a boxing coaching record of 10 wins and only 3 losses.
Danny has shared his passion and expertise as a coach at several respected academies and gyms, including Daytona Grappling/Jiu-Jitsu, Port Orange Grappling/Jiu-Jitsu, Port Orange Boxing and Fitness, Stadium MMA, Bully Me Now, Battle Room Boxing, Southpaw Boxing Team, and Green House Yoga. His commitment to martial arts and to his students makes Danny a respected figure in the combat sports community.
